[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql-replication: use custom SRID (PR #1698)

Have you tried adding the custom projection parameters to the command line? Something along the lines of:

```
osm2pgsql-replication update -d osm -- --latlong
```

When using the script you must add all parameters that you would add to a normal osm2pgsql call after the `--`.
