[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] [0] ERROR: bad allocation (Issue #1676)

This is non-OSM data. You will have to provide a data file that allows to reproduce the issue. Although if I have to take a guess then the problem are the large and very sparsely distributed OSM ids. If so, then this likely will be a 'won't fix' because it is not something that happens with OSM data.
