[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Call ANALYZE on tables with ids when two-stage processing is used (PR #1675)

One other possible explanation for the difference in DELETE speed might be that PostgreSQL may be able to process the JOIN statement using multiple parallel workers. However, I would need to check that because I did not monitor that aspect.
