[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Slow Import on Ubuntu22.04 (Discussion #1819)

Node(8006526k 408.6k/s) Way(709129k 1.72k/s) Relation(0 0.0/s)
ways: the first 200-300 mio import was slow, but now it grows :) 
hopefully relation will work as well :) 

but i think more speed is not available with this machine :(
