[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Remove a duplicated tests (PR #1766)

That test doesn't do what it is supposed to do, test "polygon geometry with inner". Obviously just a copy from the test above. But tests covering polygons with inner rings come later, so we can just remove this.
