[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/osm2pgsql] Importing with Dutch "Rijksdriehoekstelsel" projection (SRID 28992) fails (extremely slow) (Issue #1876)

Final note: the code did finish. Importing the Netherlands extract using EPSG 32631 for UTM zone 31N took > 15 hours though, instead of 15 minutes.
