Just one extra remark: I don't think it is relevant, but I currently also have a full Planet import running in a second Terminal window in Ubuntu against another database in the same PostgreSQL database cluster. Flat node files are uniquely named, and even stored on different disks. However, I have not yet tested the above without a full secondary Planet import taking place. I need to wait until the Planet import finishes before I can do that.
