@mboeringa sounds like they've got a fix:
```We have found the cause of the collision and will be fixing it ASAP. The issue is that the Admin OSC was not numbered correctly. If you "osmium renumber" the admin osc before applying it then it should fix the issue until we get the root cause fixed internally.```
