First, it looks like you are installing Nominatim, not plain osm2pgsql. Nominatim uses osm2pgsql, but it does a lot more around it, which we don't know about here and can not help you with.

Second, it looks like you are missing the `nlohmann` JSON library. Older versions of osm2pgsql didn't need that, but the newest version does, so it might be missing from some documentation. On Ubuntu you have to install the `nlohmann-json3-dev` package for that.
