[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql-dev/osm2pgsql] as_linestring() and likely other geometry transform functions can only be called from the process_way() function, not custom functions. (Discussion #2173)

Last remark here: I have now successfully converted the style to 'insert'. Although I will need to do further tests to verify everything is OK, so far this is looking good.
