[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql-dev/osm2pgsql] Running my usual command now shows my version numbers then just quits. (Issue #2282)

Okay.  Everything is the same until...
```
2024-12-19 10:43:14  [00] Found properties table 'osm2pgsql_properties': true.
```
Instead of outputting that, it just stops and goes back to the prompt.
Perhaps I botched my installation? I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling osm2pgsql.
In the meantime, I had a colleague run the same command on the same datafile and it loaded into my database without issue.
