[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] `render_list` not using all cores (Issue #378)

What are you using for `[renderd].num_threads` in your `renderd.conf` file?

Also, are you building this yourself? There have been some recent merges which might be helpful, I.E.:
