Haha, yes that's right, just the "best" parts of your `use_jemalloc` branch, thanks again!

I did try out your `exit please` command and I do think it is a good idea, but was getting a segmentation fault [here](https://github.com/openstreetmap/mod_tile/compare/master...rolandbosa:mod_tile:use_jemalloc?w=1#diff-3f59a73c820d2e95c60403cfca31fe5de38a3de58bbd2968b4b04d62f107805fR913-R917). Also, I think it might go better under a `renderd` option if and when you get back to it. Thanks for your contributions!
