[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] Examine memory usage for potential leaks (Issue #445)

@rolandbosa, thanks for the work, I made a few changes to your branch [here](https://github.com/openstreetmap/mod_tile/compare/MallocOptions) (as well as adding `mimalloc` into the mix), I've tried out the script and am seeing this:
