[Tile-serving] [openstreetmap/mod_tile] [centos7 container image] mod_tile gives "no datasource plugin directories have been successfully registered" (Issue #433)

yes, i missed that part
im using below `rendered.conf`, do lots of modification adding lots of layers there, and copy it into the centos7 container

i think thats the reason why im unable to found `plugins_dir` directory
