[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql-dev/osm2pgsql] Geography datatype (Discussion #2152)

I tried this approach for nodes, ways and relations and it seems to work. See here: https://github.com/JakobMiksch/osm-feature-info/blob/a71103e/data/flex_style.lua 
Having Geography as official type would be useful. But the current workaround is so easy, that there is no urgent need for a built-in Geography type right now. Nevertheless, I will test a bit if everything works well and will tell you about problems if there are any
