[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql-dev/osm2pgsql] XML parse error on line XXXXXX... (Discussion #2440)

I should point out I did check the md5 and it's clean.  I've looked at the XML, but I'm not that familiar with it, so I'm not sure if line XXXX is actually that line in the file, or if it's some element within it.
