[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql-dev/osm2pgsql] error when making osm2pgsql with proj7.2 (#1385)

Try to set USE_PROJ_LIB to 6 in CMake config as described in the README.md. Worked! but on make it gives Error :module/nominatim.c: error:call to  undeclared function VARDATA ;ISO C99 and letter do not support implicit function declarations
