This is still an issue, if you do not specify a `URI` value, it will resolve to `/`:

This is invalid as there currently must be at least one part in the `URI` value (e.g. `/osm`) and thus causes the `tile_translate` function to exit when it encounters such a configuration while attempting to determine which `handler` (`map` config section/etc.) to be used:

#### Example log entries with 3 `renderd.conf` map sections, the second of which having no `URI` specified:
