[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql-dev/osm2pgsql] Does osm2pgsql error check if a custom PostgreSQL tablespace is writable? (Discussion #2332)

There are no specific checks for tablespaces. But you should get some kind of error message if there is a problem. Also check the PostgreSQL log for messages. And, as always, try running with `--log-level=debug` or even `--log-sql` can help with diagnosing a problem.
