Sorry. Sometimes, project CI is in some way private. But I understand now that in this project I just needed to click enable workflows in my fork, and now GitHub [checks every individual commit](https://github.com/leijurv/osm2pgsql/actions) under the actions free tier.

I will not push to this PR's branch unless I am confident in the commit.

As of now I would appreciate a(nother) look at this PR 🙏
