[Tilesathome] Lowzoom current thoughts

the current configuration of lowzoom does function.

Here is how I am using lowzoom every now and then for the areas I'm
working around.

make sure the level 12 tiles are rendered for the area in question.
zoom out to level 9 to find the tile to run lowzoom on

run "perl lowzoom.pl 137 190 9"
repeat of other level 9 lowzoom tiles as needed
either have tilesGen.pl in loop mode or manually run upload to push
generated tiles to the server
wait a minute after upload and the new tiles should be there

If I am wanting to push more changes from an area up more I run

perl lowzoom.pl 17 23 6 9

which generates level 6,7,8 tiles from the level 9 tiles

upload and verify they are uploaded

perl lowzoom.pl 2 2 3 6

upload and verify they are uploaded
