[Tilesathome] Getting up-to-date lowzoom data (was: t at h, my plans/priorities)

I think it would be less effort to just have a binary replication between 2 mySQL databases. AFAIK the second one can filter stuff it wants to import or it could just drop info it isn't interested in. Taking the diversion to clients who upload the stuff again, sounds like too much work.
