[Tilesathome] tiles.php (slippymap question)

I am attempting to follow the "Deploying your own slippymap" article in 
the wiki, but I'm having some problems.
In my attempts to steal code from others, I've notice that everyone's 
osmarender layer references

http://domain.org/Tiles/tile.php/

I've managed to generate my own tiles with the tiles at home client by 
using the LocalSippymap=yes, but I don't know where to get this 
tiles.php file. 

Can anyone help me?
