[Tilesathome] Peaks are rendered now

I just commited a version to t at h that renders natural=peak nodes in t at h.
On z13 it renders the symbol only (a triangle)
On z>13 it renders the symbol and the peak name.

An example can be seen here:

Hope you find that useful. I would welcome suggestions as to how to improve the tweaking of the symbol, symbol size, font size and positioining further.
