I am not sure, the tilesAtHome client really isn't good at giving nice error messages, it seems.
However, you are trying to do a lowzoom tile, ie z<12 using the default layer. And the default layer has no stylesheet configured at z11. So it tries to copy a non-existing stylesheet.
Either you do a lowzoom layer tile (which renders up to z11 (including z11)) or you do a default layer (which works on z12-17).
