A list of all tiles in the database, generated weekly so that people can do 
their own statistics on it from other machines

Program to create it at:

http://svn.openstreetmap.org/sites/other/tilesAtHome/Stats/update.php

seems to still have references to /home/ojw

The program would have been run from crontab by browsing that PHP file's URL 
using wget.  Requires "file" access to database
