[Tilesathome] Upload fails

Hi Tino,
I also (on an XP system) have been completely unable to upload large tilesets.
There is a workaround that can be used, but it adds a lot of extra load to the server when processing the tiles as they are all process seperately, instead of as a set. This will cause upload.pl to split up the tileset for you.
In tilesathome.conf, change UploadChunkSize to 5
In general.conf, change ZipHardLimit to 6
