[Tilesathome] Creating Tiles at Home tiles on local machine

I'm trying to set up a set of T at H files on my local machine to use with 
a local slippy map, using the instructions at [1]

The wiki page appears to suggest that tilesGen.pl will automatically 
generate the directories for the tile images, but this isn't happening. 
I created the directories for a single tile, then ran tilesGen.pl to 
create the tile, and it worked.

So, is this a bug - should tilesGen.pl create the directories automatically?
