[Tilesathome] hypercube outage

It appears that one of the main NFS mounts for HyperCube has gone down.
I've alerted the appropriate technical staff, but they're on West Coast
time, so it may be a bit longer until it comes back up. Because pretty
much everything was using that disk at the time it died, it seems like
there are a lot of processes hanging about that are trying to talk to
it, and I haven't been able to get apache or anything else restarted,
even though I don't think it explicitly uses anything on that mount.

My usual 'remote hands' for the server is on vaccation in New MExico
this week. I'm going to restart the machine, and see if it can come back
at all. This won't fix everything, but might let some things come back.
