[Tilesathome] inkscape broken after update of TaH?

Depending on when you last updated your client before Jever you might
have unwittingly produced black tiles already. The check was implemented
sometime after Inverness was first "released".

As for why inkscape output a black tile please provide more information
about which tile you're working on, and which other program/library
versions you are using (xmlstarlet, libGD, etc...)
