The average rendering time (from request handout to processed upload,
not just client CPU time) is currently at about 2 hours on average. (280
"active" jobs vs 140 processed every hour). Postulating a 10 minute
average rendering time, this means the server is too slow by an order of
magnitude relative to our rendering herd capacity.
