Interestingly I only fiddled with upload.pl this time, not the configs
or the rendering...
If libGD complains in this fashion it means inkscape failed to export a
PNG file, for whatever reason. (internationalisation, DISPLAY, inkscape
preferences...)
you might want to look for *.stderr and *.stdout files corresponding to
this run. (I'm afraid old versions left quite a few of those around so
you might want to clean up a bit)
