But many (most?) forums, wikis etc have some sort of anti-spam measure,
because if they don't, spammers will use bots to post *lots* of spam. I
used to be a moderator on a forum that didn't have anything to stop
spammers, and cleaning up after a spam attack was a major,
time-consuming task.

My concern, therefore, would be the prospect of spammers uploading spam
images. I honestly don't know if GPG signing would help prevent that or
not, but I'd suggest that having something in place to prevent it would
be a good thing.
