But *how* will it be fixed, that's my question?

Currently, the strategy is 
* block the uploader, preventing further damage
* search for any images they uploaded, and get someone to re-render them

If uploads are anonymous and stored in random locations, how are you going to 
find them to "fix" them?  Remember you need to do it before some journalist 
happens upon them and writes an article about how we're storing someone's 
porn collection in the middle of the atlantic...
