[Tilesathome] Status of InnoDB conversion

Conversion of tiles_meta to InnoDB is still running (it was started at 9am BST 
today), so updates will continue to be unavailable until it's done.

It has 3.6GB of data/indexes to do, and it's using ALTER TABLE 
`tiles_meta`ENGINE = innodb

Uploads are being queued on the server still (see munin stats to count them - 
one upload per 7 seconds)
