[Tilesathome] Disable single-tile uploads at z>=12?

Did I already say that it's at 24MB now? Who wants to throw the switch to disable single tile uploads? :-)

Why do people use single tile uploads? Please speak out so we can fix your reasons properly. Keep in mind that tileset rather than single tiles reduce metadata by a factor of 1000 for z>12.
