[Tilesathome] Solid black tiles

Is this a known problem: solid black tiles being generated, in this case at
zoom 12 and 13. I've noticed it once or twice before.

It also looks like the zoom 14 and higher for the same area aren't being
rendered (neighbouring tiles have rerendered twice successfully this
afternoon).

It's the ame in firefox and IE, so I am assuming it is not a browser
problem.
