[Tilesathome] Maplint Layer

I just looked at the maplint layer for the first time, and can see the
potential.

However pretty much *everything* in Cambridge shows up as an error.
AFAICS this is mainly for two reasons:

(a) Using the pull-down menus in JOSM automatically inserts source:name
(and source:ref) tags, which maplint doesn't appear to like, but which I
dutifully completed, so all show up as errors, hiding real errors. It
also objects to empty source_ref:name tags which JOSM also inserts (you
could argue I should have deleted these when empty, but I didn't and
there's now hundreds of them; no doubt I could process these using a
text editor, doing it in JOSM is impossibly slow, and if I id this,
they'd all then show up as unknown tags for source:name).

(b) landuse tags on nodes are flagged. These are allowed according to
Map_features. In particular I have used landuse=farm frequently to get
the name of a farm in there, in the vicinity of the farm yard. I rarely
know the boundary of the farm, so I can't mark it as an area.
Other examples are landuse=retail where I have put both an area and a
node, putting the name on the node.

So at the moment I can't see wood for trees. I'd like to tidy things up,
and indeed it did allow me to spot a pub where I'd created the node but
omitted to add the tags, so it is clearly potentially useful, but I
can't go any further unless source:name in particular is resolved.
