It's hard to say, because pretty much every way and named node has 
source:name or source:ref on it so I can't tell whether there are 
further errors behind them.

Except that, as I said, landuse on nodes needs to be passed by maplint.

I imagine that if source:name, source:ref and I fix all those blank 
ones, then most of the problems will be real ones and those that aren't 
will be manageable.
