[Tilesathome] Authentication settings

Since the 0.4 API it is no longer necessary to authenticate when performing
GET operations.

This means that, if your are running the t at h client, there is no longer any
need to enter your OSM username and password in the
authentication.conffile.  I've updated the wiki installation procedure
to reflect this.

Anybody that still has their password in their authentication.conf file
would be well advised to remove it.
