[Tilesathome] Admins (was: Server required for tiles at home)

All good Free Software projects have an open and fair system for nominating 
people to responsible positions, so let's kick-off with this page:

Add your name if you'd like to help develop a high-traffic web application 
handling thousands of uploads and millions of downloads each day.  Currently 
in need of some "high-availability" fixes...

Systems used: PHP, MySQL, ReiserFS, Linux, Apache, SVN

Vote for people you think would do a good job as admin, and then after a few 
days, badger NickH to setup linux and mysql accounts for the popular choices. 
(or they just get the password and become another OJW...)
