Hi,

I don't know what Oliver thinks of the PHP script I submitted a few  
days ago but if he intends to use that, then mutliple tilesets in one  
zip are not a problem because it only verifies that for each z13 or  
larger tile, the matching z12 tile also exists - there can be any  
number of tiles per zip file.
