[Tilesathome] Signal handler for tilesgen in loop mode

What about checking for the existence of a certain file (say, "/tmp/ 
tilesGen.stop") after each loop, and exit if that file exists?

For convenience, a new command line parameter "stop" could be  
introduced so that you can do "perl tilesGen.pl stop" to create the  
stop file.
