[Tilesathome] Buggy osmarender/osmarender.xsl

Hi all,

My client has thrown a lot of error messages at me:

  The following command produced an error message:
  nice "xmlstarlet" tr osmarender/osmarender.xsl map-features-920.xml > "/home/tath/tmp/output-920-z12.svg-temp.svg"
  Debug output follows:

  | cannot parse osmarender/osmarender.xsl

It looks like if the latest rev of osmarender/osmarender.xsl is not
UTF-8 while it claims to be. Opening it up in emacs and saving it as
UTF-8 seems to solve the problem.
