The tiles that failed are still in the queue, and will be retried a few
times. However these retries are bumped to the end of the queue AFAIK,
so this may take quite a while.
Your priority will drop back to 1 when less than 20 (?) of these are
left in the queue.

When no planet is generated (and no similarly expensive stuff runs on
dev) we complete every prio1 request within hours, every prio2 request
within 24 hours, and an additional 1-2k prio3 requests per day. (apart
from those that fail, because of too long ways, too complicated for the
client they run on, inkscape bugs,...)
