[Tilesathome] Dissappearing tiles.

Sloppy language on my part, sorry.

Technically you are correct, but in reality, what is happening is that 1 tile request is being processed in full by up to 6 different clients, with each of the later 5 overwriting the first to finally upload get an upload slot, so essentially, the first 5 attempts are being 'thrown away'. 

Such a waste of processing power. Perhaps at times like these, it would be a good idea to throttle back the number of requests being given out to try and bring the upload queue under control?
