[Tilesathome] newbie q a bit off topic: streets with different directions but same name

It would be nice if there was a process to merge them. IIRC we decided
it's ok to merge them. You're not removing as much data as you think,
because the underlying nodes are numbered and from there we can always
identify the section we want.

I'm wondering myself if something could be added to mapnik to at least
fix it there.
