[Tilesathome] Problem under Win

Make sure you have the latest versions of tielsgen.pl, Osmarender.xsl and the osm-map-features-z%.xml files.

Retry the tile. If it fails again, try adding the line

Debug=1

to you tilesathome.cong file and rerun it. This produces a lot more output.
