[Tilesathome] Request timeout

/Log/Requests/ states that if a tileset is not delivered after 1.5
hours it will be put in the "new" queue. Is this still true? At least
there doesn't seem to be a "new" queue anymore.

Some tilesets need quite some time to render. I think 1.5 hours could
be a bit short there. It might be good to increase that to avoid
duplicate work by the clients.
